Ceci n'est pas une grammaire. Quoique. N'est-il pas présomptueux de vouloir rajouter une grammaire à la grammaire ? Cependant, les enseignants que nous rencontrons depuis plusieurs années maintenant ressentent et pensent la grammaire comme arbitraire et dogmatique, peu systémique. Leur attitude révèle une certaine insécurité face à la matière à enseigner. D'où la démarche entreprise de rédiger un référentiel grammatical à leur usage. Plutôt qu'une parole dogmatique, nous proposons un chemin progressif d'acquisition, comme en spirale. L'appropriabilité du discours grammatical dépend, selon nous, de la réinstauration du sens. En effet, si le savoir a du sens pour l'apprenant, si le système présenté est organisé de manière cohérente et ne se réduit pas à une classification ou à un étiquetage décalés de l'usage et de la construction/interprétation de la signification, la grammaire, qui n'est dès lors plus orthocentrée, apparaitra plus en phase avec la langue telle que l'exploitent les divers usagers. Elle ne sera plus vue comme un discours abstrait et inappropriable car inadapté. Dans cette perspective, nous avons interrogé le savoir à transmettre, révisé le discours sur la langue afin de nous assurer de sa justesse – celui-ci ayant trop souvent été constitué en savoir presque en soi –, de sa cohérence et de son appropriabilité, et proposé une " linguistique applicable ".

The book analyses the Europeanist and federalist effort of Italian Protestants in the struggle for European unification. This investigation revolves around two distinct guiding arguments : a political one, focused on the analysis of political thought ; and a historical one reconstructing the most recent events about the Italian Protestants' activism for the political unification of Europe. The essay retraces the developments of federalism within the Protestant world from the 16th to the 20th century by referring to the bond between federalism and ecumenism. The volume is divided into three parts and provides a historical overview of federal thought within the Protestant world from the Reformation to the Enlightenment. It also addresses a series of projects aimed at the political unification of the European continent, and analyses the similarities between ecclesiastical constitutionalism and institutional federalism. This theoretical background paves the way for the contribution of Italian Protestants to the international peace movement and the confessional reconciliation among the Churches in the 19th and 20th centuries. Finally, this essay highlights the practical and theoretical contribution of the Italian Protestants to the cause of United States of Europe, according to the principles of the Ventotene Manifesto.

Au-delà des deux dates charnières de 1973 et 1979, il importe de considérer les évolutions qui ont touché l'Europe de l'ouest comme des mutations nécessaires dans un monde de moins en moins bipolaire. A travers ses épreuves et ses hésitations, la Communauté européenne construit malgré tout un parcours original dans le domaine énergétique. Consciente de ses faiblesses, elle n'a pas toutes les armes pour dépasser ses contradictions. Mais la période 1960/1980 lui permet au moins de poser les bases de solutions adaptées aux réalités du Vieux Continent.
